Sitting here with Paddington Bear at Paddington Station in London I’ve always had a fascination for trains and stations. My favourite station is Paddington. I love the architecture, the expanse of the place and the ambient yet buzzy vibe the place has.
I love watching all the people, busily going from A to B, stopping along the way for a coffee and a bite to eat. Continue reading

imageBirmingham German Christmas Market ~ Dec 2010

I went to the Birmingham Christmas Market a few weeks ago, on a random trip to Brum, surprise from some friends ūüėÄ I even got to see the new Harry Potter movie.¬† It was when we had our first snowfalls, oh I thought that was the end of it… (still snowy!)¬†I love German bread, have done since I went to M√ľnchen (Munich) in 1997. It’s starting to come back the feelings of grace and gratitude within me, which is nice.

They are such lovely feelings, well really states of beingness as that’s where you are with grace and gratitude they are like sisters who are just close and you know that they get on like a house on fire. The appreciation of life I have is phenomenal and it helps me deal with all the stuff that crops up in my life.  I know on a deep level that everything has an order even the chaos is an illusion and I do my best to hold steadfast and see the grace in all situations.

FAB

This will be the first time I get to see these two perform live; I’m beside myself…
I’ll be off down the M40 towards London, as not sure where else they are playing so off to the Barbican again I saw Ute Lemper there last year
I miss London as the music scene is great, but me blasting down the motorway in my Zed is so worth it
